- Free delivery is available in Georgetown, Diamond, Providence, Mocho, and Kitty only.
- Orders outside these areas may incur additional delivery fees, which will be communicated before dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive an email or phone confirmation.
- Your order is not considered complete until confirmed by our team.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Solar CCTV products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year.
- Returns due to customer change of mind are subject to our approval and any applicable fees.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
7. Warranty
- All products come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
